Recipe for gazpacho 1 quart of vegetable juice. I use Trader Joe's. 4 medium-sized tomatoes One English cucumber One yellow bell pepper One large red onion 2 avocados 2fresh corn on cob sauté corn on olive oil and garlic till slightly brown. Cut all vegetable up to your desired bite size. Combine juice and all vegetables in large bowl. Add juice of one lemon. About 1/3 cup of beat olive oil and good salt ( I use Maldons) to taste.
